UjumbeAI supports 50+ languages. The AI automatically detects the guest's language and responds in the same language. Quality may vary by language. There are no per-language fees.

You can create an account and launch in minutes using guided self-serve onboarding. Setup is designed to be simple and does not require technical knowledge.

Pricing & Plans

Starter — $349/month. Pro — $549/month with additional capacity and Voice AI included. Annual billing options with savings are also available. See the Pricing page for details.

Yes. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. No charge until trial ends.

If you remain on the Starter plan, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan after 14 days. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.

Yes. For Starter and Pro plans, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Usage is visible in your dashboard. When you reach your limit, new conversations are blocked until the next billing period or you upgrade.

A conversation thread is counted when a new guest thread is created in Web Chat or when a new guest contacts you on WhatsApp for the first time. Messages within the same thread do not increase usage.

No. UjumbeAI is designed for autonomous self-serve setup. The onboarding wizard guides you step by step.

Starter and Pro plans are month-to-month. No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime. Billing occurs monthly in advance.

The Enterprise plan is designed for hotel groups, chains, and high-demand operations requiring advanced workflows and scalable communication infrastructure.

UjumbeAI connects through the WhatsApp Business API. You provide a phone number and verification documents. The system guides you through activation.

Yes. During onboarding, you configure your location information including room types, pricing, amenities, and policies. You can update information anytime.

No. The platform is fully self-serve. No coding required.

WhatsApp Business API requires a dedicated number. A new number is recommended for your AI assistant.

You do not need the WhatsApp Business app, but you need a number to connect to the WhatsApp Business API.
